GRAL's Q3 earnings should have benefited from rising Galleri test adoption, expanding digital health partnerships and growing clinical evidence of cancer detection.
Felix Health has already announced it will offer GRAIL's Galleri multi-cancer early detection blood test to eligible adults in Ontario through virtual assessments and at-home collection, supported by data from the PATHFINDER 2 study.
GRAIL’s updated analyst fair value estimate has shifted from US$97.40 to US$131.30, which is a meaningful reset in how the stock is being framed.
FDA approval will help, as will insurer adoption of Galleri, but the price that they might be willing to pay for the test is also critical.
During the October 6 episode of Mad Money, Jim Cramer took a closer look at GRAIL, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRAL) following its sharp rally around an FDA advisory panel’s endorsement of Galleri.
GRAIL, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRAL) traded at around $133 on October 7, down 3.19% on the day, though still 93.00% higher over twelve months. Guardant Health, Inc. (NASDAQ:GH) traded near $168 over the same session, up 161.55% across the year.
Jim Cramer sees three stocks with very different amounts of bad news or good news already baked into their prices, and figuring out which side each sits on changes everything about whether to buy.

Grail received some excellent news from the FDA this week, but there's still a long way to go before the company meets analyst projections.
