Effective 9 August 2026. StockSays is a Logrinth product, reached with a Logrinth account, and the Logrinth terms govern that account, our liability to you and the law this runs under. This page adds what is particular to StockSays. Using it means you accept both.
Acceptable Use
Do not use StockSays to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to reach another member’s account, or to post anything you have no right to post. Do not post another person’s private information, and do not automate posting or voting. Do not post anything designed to move a share price, whether that is a claim you know to be false or a position you are talking up without saying you hold it.
Not Investment Advice
StockSays reports filings, press and forum sentiment. It is information, not advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Sentiment is produced by software reading headlines, and it is often wrong. Filings are read from public sources and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Nothing here is a statement about what any share will do. Decisions you make with it are yours alone, and you should take professional advice before making them.
Your Content
What you post remains yours. You give StockSays a limited licence to store and display it so far as running the service requires, and we claim no ownership over it. Posts are public and other members can reply to them and vote on them. We do not screen what is posted, but we may remove anything that breaks these terms.
Copyright Complaints
If something posted here infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] identifying the work, where it appears here, how to reach you, and stating that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised and that your notice is accurate. We remove infringing material and close the accounts of members who make a habit of it.
Availability
Your use of StockSays is at your sole risk. It is provided as it stands and as it happens to be available, without warranty of any kind. We make no promise that it will meet your requirements, and no software is free of defects. Market data and headlines arrive from third parties and may be delayed, missing or wrong.
Ending It
Delete your Logrinth account at any time from your account page. What that removes, and what it leaves behind, is set out in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes And Contact
